CitySweat Boot Camp is Charm City Fitness' signature group training class. It is a great way for people to improve their fitness and overall health outside of the gym. Benefits include cardiovascular conditioning, improved muscle composition and strength, and improved flexibility.

CitySweat Boot Camp is an outdoor program that constantly varies in its programming so that it is never boring. Our Boot Camp combines strength training exercises, cardiosvascular conditioning exercises, and stretching exercises. More specifically, our Boot Camp consists of, but is not limited to, core strength training, plyometric and agility drills, calisthenics, sprint drills, stair exercises, and hill exercises.
