This curriculum has been designed to help individuals progress through the levels quickly and safely for optimal results. Here you will learn the fundamental skills, terms, and spins to help you get to the next level of Beginner 1! Spins you may learn in this level include fireman, front hook, and carousel!

Cancellations must be processed through a Wellness account webpage
or app. At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel. After
this deadline, the credit is considered used and the participant
cannot reschedule this class. If the appropriate notice is given,
the participant may reschedule or register for a non-curriculum
class, to be used before the end of the current schedule.
This workshop will focus on movements utilizing the bottom third of the pole and floor, learning seamless transitions, tricks and technique. This class combines choreography with opportunities to freestyle, explore, and develop your own unique style!
What to wear: Knee pads are mandatory for this class. It is
recommended to wear heels (or socks), a shirt that covers your
shoulders, and bottoms with thigh coverage. No previous experience
in dance or pole is required for this class and is suitable for
complete beginners.
