Aerial Silks Camp (Ages 11–15)

Climb, flip, and fly! This afternoon camp is all about aerial silks—building strength, confidence, and skills in the air.

Led by Lexie at our Sechelt studio, students will learn the foundations of silks including tricks and fun sequences, all in a supportive and safe environment. Expect lots of time on the silks, with coaching to help each student progress and feel proud of what they can do.

We’ll balance our time in the air with creative art, journaling, and simple mindfulness practices to help ground, reflect, and connect.
