Participants will:
- Learn different ways of writing songs
- Craft original melodies
- Write lyrics or choose to collaborate with someone else in the group
- Write harmonies and arrangements (either individuaally or collaboratively)
- Perform on their own original songs and/or potentially on other participant's songs
The instructor(s) will start the class with a group songwriting project. In addition, students will work on crafting their own originals during class and outside of class.
The Lab will NOT meet Thanksgiving Week.
