With the Winter Solstice and a new year right around the corner, this is the perfect moment to slow down, check in with yourself, and set some honest intentions.

We’ll kick things off with a cacao circle and guided journaling to help you reflect on the past year — what you’re proud of, what you’re done carrying, and what you want to step into next. Nothing complicated, just real clarity and grounding before the year closes out.

Then you’ll settle in for a full soundbath led by Matt & Krystina. Krystina’s ethereal voice and soothing bowls create a celestial soundscape that melts tension and opens the heart, while Matthew’s mastery of live looping layers flute melodies, earthy percussion, and ambient guitar to weave a sonic experience that feels both grounding and transcendent. Every note is created live, building moment by moment into a tapestry of vibration, rhythm, and resonance designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect you to your inner stillness.
