Middle Schoolers - opportunity to replace champions club in high
quality, professional environment.
Curriculum built/taught by certified personal trainer.
Strength testing will be on week 1, 4 and 8 to measure progress throughout the program.

Things to know: Please arrive 5 min before team starts to get
checked in. This pass provides acess to all sessions (MW) from
4/1/26-5/27/26 (No class on 5/25/26)
