CIP's “Discovery Session” is the perfect place to start your
authentic Pilates journey! Studio owner and master trainer Amanda
Smith, has been teaching classical Pilates in Greensboro for over
20 years. Find out why her clients stick with Pilates at CIP for
life... They are given perfectly tailored, unique classical Pilates
exercises that meet them exactly where they are, no matter what
season of life they are in. Their workouts change with them, always
addressing their current needs and goals. When Pilates is taught to
people as individuals in a safe, connected way, the outcome is an
efficient, effective workout that yeilds real, lasting
results.
One Friday evening per quarter, Amanda will offer a 45 minute
traditional Pilates workout taught in a classical, systematic,
integrative manner that explores multiple peices of equipment
(reformer, tower, chair, barrels and mat). Class will be open
level, meaning it is 100% beginner friendly, yet also appropriate
for the experienced Pilates practitioner looking to try a new
studio or style! This is a no pressure, educational, inclusive
Pilates experience safe for all bodies. After the workout, Amanda
will be available for a quick hang-out where she will happily
answer burning questions and help folks determine what their next
steps might be.
So please, join us on Friday January 31st at 5:45pm for a super-fun, very casual, no experience needed and no commitment required class! Discovery Sessions will be held when 2 or more clients are registered in advance, so please sign up as soon as you know you can come--- and don't forget to invite your Pi-curious friends to join you!!
