Explore tantric principles through partnered yoga, blending breath, movement, and presence to harness life force energy. Consider this a fantastic way to open the weekend with intimacy. Each class emphasizes embodiment, awareness, and mutual respect. Create a shared, sacred space for exploration.
What to Expect:
Kim will guide you in setting intentions and establishing a practice space that honors your unique relationship, with a focus on consent through clear offers and requests. Both tantra and yoga are rooted in energy transformation and connection. This allows partners to tap into their inner vitality and connect deeply.
Reconnect with yourself and your partner, fostering a mindful and intentional connection on and off the mat.
Each 90-minute session includes:
