The CST Speed Academy is an 8-week, 90-minute training program focused on developing speed, agility, and power for athletes of all levels.
Athletes will improve their running mechanics, explosiveness, power output, change of direction, and overall athletic performance.
The program includes performance testing at the beginning, midpoint, and end, offering empirical data to track progress. Results are broken down by age group, highlighting areas of improvement and identifying where further development is needed.
Program offers the option to register for 1, 2 or 3 days a week. Sign up for an extra day with 25% off each additional day.
Missed a session? No problem. We offer make-up sessions during the current term of your program cohort. Contact us at info@cristiniathletics.com for info on booking a make-up session.
