breaks down strategy,
pacing, barbell cycling, gymnastics, weightlifting, and
mindset using real Open workouts from past
years.
Limited to 15 athletes per

CrossFit for Beginners (8-Week Program)
Who it’s for:
This program is perfect for anyone who is new to CrossFit or wants to
relearn the fundamentals
from the ground up.
What you’ll learn:
Over the course of 8 weeks, athletes will progressively learn the
foundations of CrossFit, including:

Basic squats, deadlifts, and pressing movements

Proper technique, movement standards, and safe training habits

A gradual progression from foundational strength training to Olympic lifts

Introductory and progressive gymnastics movements (core control, hanging work, pull-up progressions)
