These classes are just under an hour and focus on the 10 components of fitness: strength, power, speed, agility, stamina, accuracy, coordination, flexibility, endurance, and balance.
Perfect for beginners or seasoned athletes - we'll make adjustments as necessary! These classes can be used to supplement another sport or activity, or as your sole focus/activity.

Kids and expect to jump, run, lift and more. This class is all about turning fitness fun. Through games, races, obstacle courses and more.
For ages 4-8. Making fitness fun for kids! We incorporate skills, drills, relays and games in these 45 minute classes. Our goal is to work up a sweat, burn off some energy and get stronger. Perfect for beginners or athletes playing other sports - these classes can be used to supplement another sport or activity, or as your sole focus/activity.
“CST” is a small group sport training program.
Work in groups of 4 athletes with a Cristini Athletics to develop the basics of all sport. Explosiveness, agility, power, speed, balance, coordination and more.
All athletes in all sports need to be faster, stronger and less likely to be injured.
Our CST program pairs like minded youth athletes together to train to be the best at any sport.
