experience necessary!

Challenge activities will include:
- Kickoff workshop with Certified Nutrition Coach and Delta Strength Instructor, Lindsey Smith that will include education plus a personalized daily protein goal.
- A private Facebook Group for all participants that will be checked daily by Lindsey and/or Katie.
- A webpage dedicated to protein based, easy to make recipes.
- A points based competition centered around posting pictures of your protein based meals in our FB group, and attending group classes at Delta Yoga.
- 21 Days of accountability, recipes, and friendship to kickoff the summer in good health!
The winner of the challenge will receive the cost of their ticket back, or have the option to share the love and gift the amount to a friend, family member, or fellow Delta!

Cori has a passion for celebrating seasonal shifts, and believes that the summer solstice will inspire us to take action on our dreams, as the sun is energizing our every move.
Gather with the Delta Community to practice yoga and meditate on new beginnings. A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow.
A guided meditation will help us synchronize with the rhythm of nature and shift beautifully from the season of rebirth to the season of action. With all of nature in full bloom and at the height of potential, it's the perfect time for you to test out your shiny new wings and see what you can do.
