  • Discussion
  • Breathing for relaxing
  • Dynamic stretching
  • Entering the water slowly and safely
  • Breathing reminder
  • Floating on your back
  • Submerging your head
  • Breathing out under the water
  • Short swims

 

 

The session lasts around 60 minutes and is coached by a qualified open water instructor. The session has fully safety cover with safety spotters, lifeguard and rescue kayak.
