  • The importance of relaxed breathing
  • Entering the water safely
  • Breathing technique in the water
  • Floating for safety
  • Submerging your head (if you want to)
  • Breathing out under the water
  • Short swims

The session lasts around 60 minutes and is coached by a qualified open water instructor. The session has fully safety cover with safety spotters, lifeguard and rescue kayak.
