This three week hip hop class will cover house, breaking, popping and locking. The class will be high energy and give kids a great sampling of street dance.
Ages 7 and older
Dates: Monday and Wednesdays June 10th-21st ( two week course)
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing and clean sneakers

Class description: (Ages 6-8) Pre Hip Hop is an introduction to the hip hop techniques. This class is packed with fun while learning skills to develop agility, rhythm, creativity and spunk. The short two week session is a great way to have your child dip their toes into hip hop and see if it's the dance form for them!
Youth Breaking
Monday and Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
Session dates: June 23rd - July 6th
(Ages 7-12) This class has a focus on foundational hip hop and break dancing. Kids will be well rounded street dancers with this awesome combo!
Foundations includes elements of breaking, whacking, house dancing, popping and locking.
DRESS CODE: Comfortable and moveable clothing. No skirts or dresses. Clean gym shoes. Hair pulled away from face.
TARDY POLICY: If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, without giving the instructor advance notice you will be tardy, you will not be allowed into class that day.
Registration required. One class per week.
To schedule a makeup class, please email dovetailstudios@gmail.com. All make ups must be completed by May 1st. There are only 4 make ups allowed per session. Dancers must make up in a class of a similar level or age group. Make ups do not roll over to the next session.
