Back by popular demand...Yoga Nidra-a meditative state of deep relaxation in the physical body. It allows us to become more award of our inner world and allows stress to disipate. It can be as restorative to the body as 4 hours of extra sleep. We will honor the natural cycle of summer's energy when the fire element is at its best. This is a beautiful time when our heart energy reaches its highest potential. We will drop out of our “thinking” mind and into our heart's intention. You can expect 45 minutes of heart opening restorative poses and 45 minutes of yoga nidra.
