2:00-4:30pm

Join Ashley at 2pm, the first Sunday of every month for a guided journey. We will begin with a grounding meditation and yoga flow to tune into our personal practices and feelings. During savasana she will lead you through the subconscious into the deepest part of your being to plant seeds of loving intentions. This yoga Nidra will begin to manifest these heart-felt desires into our daily lives, so we can begin to welcome self-care to our regular routines.

Each month will aim towards a different purpose making each one a unique adventure. We hope to cultivate a kinder awareness within each of us and a stronger community together.

Rate $35/session

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation, the following policies apply:
31 days or more prior to the workshop: Your payment can be refunded in full.
15 - 30 days prior to the workshop: Payments are refundable, less a 30% administration fee
14 days or less prior to the workshop: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less a 30% administration fee) to another event or workshop at Village Yoga.
Withdrawals from active events or workshops will result in the loss of all fees paid. Active withdrawal applies to any cancellation made within 48 hours of the event/workshop start time.
