A 75 minute Yoga Nidra session with Patricia! Yoga Nidra is a practice that teaches us how to relax with conscious awareness, so one can truly feel the nature of deep relaxation.
Join us for a guided session that includes body scanning, and visualization techniques to cultivate inner peace and rejuvenation.
Blankets and bolsters are provided. Please feel free to bring your own eye mask and wear comfortable layered clothing that you can relax in!

deepening your relationship with meditation and restorative
yoga.
Guided journal prompts and astrological insights support
gentle self-reflection and intention-setting, while restorative
postures and meditation encourage deep rest in both body and
mind.
Open to all levels and experiences of meditation &
restorative yoga.
