For competitive juniors (UTR 2.5–3.5) aiming to strengthen their
tournament skills. Training focuses on consistency, footwork, point
construction, and match strategy through structured drills and
match play to prepare for higher-level competition.
Minimum 3 students required. Cancel at least 24 hrs in advance for makeup eligibility; no credits for unnotified absences.
Adult Tennis: Level 1.5–2.0 (8-Week Match
Prep)
This 8-class program is designed for adult players who want to
build a solid foundation and gain the skills needed to enjoy
recreational match play. Players at this level are still developing
stroke consistency and movement but are ready to learn how to
rally, serve, keep score, and play games with confidence.
Through progressive instruction and game-based learning, participants will:

Improve forehand, backhand, serve, and volley technique

Learn doubles and singles court positioning

Develop consistency and control in rallies

Practice scoring and match etiquette

Build strategies for starting points and constructing simple rallies

Gain confidence transitioning into real match play
By the end of the 8-week session, players will be able to play full games and matches with a better understanding of both the technical and tactical aspects of tennis.
Pre-Rally 1 (age 4-7)
An introductory class designed for young beginners with little to no tennis experience. Focuses on basic motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and learning to make contact with the ball. Activities are fun and engaging to build a strong foundation before rally skills are introduced.

Adult League/Tournament Training (NPRT 3.5–4.0, Singles)
Session 1 – Forehand & Backhand
Consistency
Focus on rally tolerance, depth control, and directional hitting
under pressure.
Session 2 – Serve Variations (Flat, Slice,
Kick)
Refine reliable first serves and develop effective second serves
with spin.
Session 3 – Return of Serve & First Strike
Patterns
Train aggressive returns and +1 shot combinations to take early
control of points.
Session 4 – Net Play &
Transition
Approach shot selection, transition footwork, and finishing
volleys.
Session 5 – Defensive Skills &
Counterattack
Learn to handle deep/high/fast balls, recover court position, and
counterpunch.
Session 6 – Constructing Points with
Patterns
Work on inside-out forehand, cross-to-down-the-line changes, and
setting up winners.
Session 7 – Match Situations & Mental
Resilience
Simulated games with score pressure, focus on routines and tactical
adaptation.
Session 8 – Singles Match Play & Strategy
Review
Full set play with coaching feedback on tactics, shot selection,
and mental approach.
