In this workshop, we will explore this application as it touches all phases of life, body, mind and spirit through the use of food and experiences.

Level 2 Reiki practice involves exploring the energetic planes of our consciousness, where our experiences are stored. At this level, Reiki intention and skills are developed to touch the deeper layers in the body where stagnant energy causes pain and chaos. Level 2 attunes healing to travel into wounds of the past, and set up future experiences with love and peacefulness. It also teaches distance Reiki, to send this healing power remotely to any loved one at any time!

Does it feel hard to reach overhead in certain yoga postures or other activities? There are many factors that can limit your body’s ability to reach overhead with ease. In this workshop you will learn about the different limitations that can influence your ability to reach overhead: ribcage position, shoulder blade movement, and key muscles of the shoulder and neck. You will walk away with a basic understanding of anatomy, your current shoulder limitations, and simple drills you can do to start improving your overhead mobility. This workshop is great for those who want to reach overhead with more ease in their yoga practice and other activities and for yoga/fitness professionals.

Give your child the gift of mindfulness this summer with our engaging 4-day camp designed especially for kids aged 6 to 11. Through fun, hands-on activities, gentle movement, and creative expression, children will learn simple mindfulness skills that help them feel calm, focused, and emotionally aware.
Each day, campers will explore mindful breathing, sensory awareness, emotional understanding, and kindness—all in a joyful and supportive environment. Our program encourages kids to connect with their senses, recognize their feelings, and develop compassion for themselves and others. Through games, stories, art, and movement, mindfulness becomes a natural and enjoyable part of their daily lives.
Whether your child is new to mindfulness or already curious, this camp offers practical tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and nurture a positive mindset—skills that last far beyond summer.
