Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop

Curious about aerial yoga but not sure where to begin? Or ready to feel more steady and confident in the hammock?

This 90 minute, all levels workshop with Niki is designed to give you a clear and supportive foundation. We will focus on yoga based movement, breath, and body awareness while learning how to work safely and skillfully with the aerial hammock.

No pressure to perform, just a space to learn, build trust, and understand the mechanics behind the practice.

You will leave with stronger aerial awareness and the confidence to access the benefits of aerial yoga.

Come with a friend or fly solo. Either way, you’ll be fully supported.
