The Empowered Brand New Beginner course is a four-week beginner wellness program that teaches you how to develop a mindful movement practice.
Our Empowered Yoga and Balanced Athlete programs will improve flexibility, muscle tone, posture, alleviate pain, and focus your mind. You will leave your very first class relaxed and energized. After eight classes, you will have experienced a transformational program. We strongly encourage everyone new to our studios to attend our Empowered Brand New Beginner Course.
The course includes eight classes that will teach you movement and mindfulness principles that will simply change your life. Attendance in all classes is strongly recommended. The cost is $150. All registered BNB students are encouraged to attend other classes on our digital platform at no additional cost during the course. Empowered requires pre-registration for the BNB course. You can fill out the new student form at the studio before your first class.
Join Tim McDevitt for a vibrational healing practice using crystal sound bowls.
We will begin with guided breathwork, followed by some ocean and gong washing before a guided meditation into the crystal sound bath, with emphasis on all 7 chakras. There will be chime and gong walks throughout the room.
This practice supports deep relaxation and meditative states.
Bring blankets, bolsters and/or pillows to create a truly relaxing environment to melt into. You want to ensure you have plenty of layers so you do not get cold. Room will be slightly warmer than room temperature.
