Yin and Yoga Nidra :: Full Moon Ritual

The full moon can bring heightened energy and sometimes that energetic force may feel untethered. In honoring the cycles of the moon through ritual and awareness we can stay present and harness this lunar energy to foster a more grounded connection.
In this practice we will draw our attention inward to connect back to ourselves through breathwork, supportive light long-held yin stretches, and a deep rest into a yoga nidra practice (guided meditation). By bringing our thoughts and intention back to our own bodies we notice what no longer aligns to the rhythm of our lives. We will create a calm and soothing container for releasing and resting our nervous system for deep healing on a physical and energetic level.
