Are you a swimmer? Do you play tennis or golf? Do you hold your stress in your neck and shoulders? We will focus on problem areas of the upper body, such as the shoulders, upper back, thoracic spine, and neck. Each session will be unique and my not cover all areas listed, but will be concentrated on the upper body, from the mid-back to the neck.
Join experienced triathlon coaches for this beginner-focused youth & adult triathlon clinic which will prepare you to complete a triathlon safely and effectively by teaching the essential skills of the sport in a fun environment. Participants will learn swim, bike, and run skills as well as transitions and what to expect on race day. Separate youth and adult camps will be held at the same time and location.
