Sunday Triathlon Swim Performance Winter 2019
1hour 30min swim session to help build your triathlon swim skills and endurance to swim fast when it counts...Race time! This course is for athletes who want to perform competitively in triathlons. Athletes plan to compete in triathlons ranging from sprint to Ironman distance. Athletes can expect workouts ranging between 3500m and 4200m in 90 minutes.
Swimmers need fins (medium blade),ankle strap, and pull buoy. Front facing snorkel is helpful.
