Reclaim Your Calm: Sound, Breath, & Flow
Join us for a unique somatic experience that uses the hypnotic, melodic resonance of the Rav Vast drum to bathe your nervous system in healing frequencies. Unlike traditional drumming, the Rav Vast creates a “sound forest” of overtones that helps the mind settle and the body soften.
In this session, we integrate:
Vibrational Sound Bath: The ethereal tones of the Rav Vast to lower your heart rate.
Somatic Humming: To physically vibrate the vagus nerve from the inside out, syncing your breath with the drum.
Flowing Qigong: Gentle, meditative movements to move “Qi” (energy) and release physical bracing in the body.
Experience the shift from “survival mode” to “serenity.”
Come home to your body. Leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
A Group Healing Circle Ceremony/Workshop
With more than 50 years of experience and five advanced degrees,
Dr. Maria is known worldwide as a medical intuitive, channel,
