What is “Chee Gung”? Qigong is an ancient longevity system used
to clear pain, tension and stress, and
increase vitality, emotional well-being and healing. It means working with life force energy. Qigong exercises and forms cultivate a unique quality of energy - a wonderful mixture of vitality and peace.
What to Expect
• A phase of gentle warm ups to invigorate and strengthen joints & connective tissue
• Dao yin stretches for the muscles, tendons and fascial chains, to open and activate qi and blood flow through the meridian channels and internal organs
• Dispersing techniques to clear tension and stagnant qi
• A moving meditation set to calm the central nervous system, and circulate & harmonize the flow of qi through the body, for an overall enlivening & calming effect
