Join Cheyenne for a nurturing 4-week prenatal yoga journey designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and connected throughout your pregnancy. Each class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to support your changing body and emotional well-being.
You’ll learn how to strengthen where you need it most, soften where you’re holding tension, and cultivate presence through all the shifts of pregnancy. Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your practice, this series offers a safe and supportive space to connect with your body, your baby, and other mothers-to-be.
All trimesters welcome. No previous yoga experience required. You must be approved by your physician or midwife that it is safe for you to practice prenatal yoga.

This Baby & Me Yoga series is designed for new parents looking to reconnect with their bodies while nurturing connection with their little one. Each class weaves together soft, intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding moments of stillness; creating space for both you and your baby to feel calm, supported, and seen.
Expect a blend of postnatal-friendly yoga, light strengthening, and soothing stretches to help release tension from feeding, carrying, and the transitions of early parenthood. Your baby is welcome to rest, observe, or be included in gentle, playful interactions throughout the practice (they're also welcome to feed and cry and do all the other things infants like to do)! No need for your baby to be quiet, still, or “on schedule”.
Beyond movement, this series is an opportunity to slow down, meet other parents, and build community in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.
