Join us on a transformative journey of healing and deep relaxation as we bathe every cell of the body in therapeutic sound and vibration.

This healing and transformative journey through soundwill leave you feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with your intuitive personal power. The gong acoustically elevates us, creating a deep spontaneous meditative state that restores harmony and vitality to the mind, body and soul.

This 90-minute event includes a brief discussion on the healing attributes of the Gong, a 62-minute Gong Meditation, followed by sweets and community. Gong Meditation is best experienced lying down or in a similar comfortable position. All props provided, though if you have a favorite mat, cozy blanket, or eye pillow, please bring it.

Kundalini + Yoga Nidra

Join Aricha Smith of Be Light Wellness and Jordan of Jordan Lindstrom Yoga for a balanced session of invigorating and clarifying Kundalini Yoga culminating into a deep and nourishing Yoga Nidra guided meditation. This collaboration is suitable for yogis of all experience levels. All props are provided, though if you have a favorite mat, cozy blanket or eye pillow, please bring it.

Yogi Bhajan brought the teachings of Kundalini Yoga to the West from India in 1969. Today they are practiced worldwide to quiet the mind so that we can more easily hear our inner voice.

Kundalini classes include yogic postures combined with specialized breathing techniques (pranayamas), mantras, mudras, and meditations. The practice focuses on revealing our radiant self by increasing energy flow in the body.

Yoga nidra is a sleep-based guided meditation technique originating more than two thousand years ago. With the help of a guide, one drops into deep brainwave states, allowing the wisdom of the body to take over and encourage deep restoration on many levels.
The beauty of this practice is that one need not have experience with meditation whatsoever to drop into deeper states of consciousness. Here, as one rests in this space-between-spaces, a relaxed, yet alert state is achieved, allowing an effortless reunion with the highest Self.

As our main connection to the ground, our feet create the foundation that supports the rest of our bodies. Our ability to connect our feet to the ground in a strong, yet relaxed way determines how well everything else up the chain moves. In this workshop we will work on building a deep relationship to our feet through stretching, activating, and balancing exercises to relieve tension and find more power and control. Less tension and more power in the feet improves our ability to walk, run, hike, and play with more enjoyment and less aches and pains.
