This workshop aims to help teachers and students understand how yoga supports anxiety, burnout, and nervous system resilience — through the lens of psychology, neuroscience, and physiology. With burnout, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation at an all-time high, more and more yoga students are coming to the mat not just for fitness, but for healing. This training gives teachers the tools to support their students skillfully and safely, and students the tools to empower and care for themselves.
Yoga teachers will receive 2 CEUs at the end of this course.
This workshop is here to remind us of the importance of connection to ourselves, to others, and to mother nature. Get to know one another as you are guided through the art of bouquet building.
You will slow down, tune into your senses, and learn simple, therapist-guided techniques to stay present and grounded as you create. This isn’t just bouquet building—it’s a shared, meditative experience. Along the way, you’ll be invited into meaningful connection through gentle conversation and a women’s circle element, leaving you feeling centered, inspired, and supported in community.
The doors will open at 11:00am for optitonal mimosas and gathering, the main event will begin at 11:30.
This six-week workshop series is designed to deepen your yoga practice by exploring six traditional modalities of healing and self-exploration Each week will begin with a short discussion about the history and benefits of the practice, followed by guided practice and reflection.
Students will also receive a small take-home packet with information, exercises, and simple practices. This series is open to anyone interested in expanding their understanding of yoga beyond the physical poses, connecting to their body/breath/mind, and making connections along the way. The purpose of this workshop is to learn, grow, and connect.
We understand six weeks can feel like a big commitment, which is why we are offering the option to purchase sessions individually, in a package of 3, or in a package of all 6 sessions. Come to what serves and interests you, and leave what you don't have room for.
