Join us for an evening designed to revive your mind, body, and spirit. This event will begin with a Reiki circle to help form community with one another, as well as give a spring cleaning to the chakras. Following will be an energizing yoga flow inspired by nature designed to plant seeds of intention for spring. We will end the event with a guided meditation topped off with relaxing sound healing to help ground and lock in your set intentions.
