Begin to reduce stress, discover calmness and improve sleep by becoming aware of how your breath affects your body and mind.

In this workshop you’ll develop an awareness of your breathing and learn techniques to help you re-energize throughout the day and relax in the evenings.

You can expect to take notes about what you discover about your own breath. You'll so experience some slow, gentle movements.
