
Mudras are gestures of the hands, face and body that can boost
physical health, emotional balance and mental clarity. Combined
with intentional sounds (mantras), we can use these practices to
invoke certain vibrational energies, enhance moods, and awaken
spirit.
In this workshop you will learn…
• the 5 great elements that make up gestures
• common mudras with complimentary mantras that enhance your
meditation and hatha yoga practices.
• Simple movements that connect us to the heart and prepare for
meditation practices.
• Insights you might not otherwise pick up on as we journal
throughout the class.
