Our 12-Week Off-Season Sports Performance Camp is designed to elevate strength, speed, agility, and endurance- everything athletes need to start their next season ahead of the game and stand out on the field.
Led by Certified Athletic Trainers and expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches, this program blends expert coaching with sports-specific conditioning to ensure athletes are prepared, confident, and less prone to injury when the season starts.

Our cyclist performance program is an 14-week training program specific to competitive cycling athletes seeking to improve their strength and explosiveness for the upcoming competitive season.
Participants will undergo combine-style testing at the beginning and conclusion of the program to document baseline and post-program abilities.
Participants can expect a combination of plyometrics drills, lower body strength and power exercises, core strength and stability movements, and mobility/flexibility each session to enhance both on-road and trainer performance.
Session 1- Pre-Program Testing- Tuesday, October 21st at 6:30pm
Session 2-15- Performance Training Program-Every Tuesday at 6:30pm (Excluding 12/23 and 12/30)
Session 16- Post-Program Testing- February 17, 2026 at 6:30pm
Sessions will be held at Excelsior Sports Performance center at Flash Fields (6831 Seneca Street, Elma, NY 14059)
Our Functional Athletic Sports Training (FAST) Performance Program is a satellite program for athletes from ages 10-18+ to learn how to run, change direction, and deccelerate safely to enhance their on-field performance.
Join our expert sports performance coach, Matt Dow, CSCS, to discover your performance boundaries, then break through them! This 8-week program will focus on speed, agility, strength, and recovery. Matt will lead groups through targeted drills and exercises all geared towards making you a faster, more dynamic athlete.
Testing will be conducted at the beginning, middle, and end of the program to document athletic improvements throughout the program. This will include SL hop testing, broad jump, pro-agility shuttle, 40-yard dash, and 300 yard shuttle.
The 16 session program will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30-4:30 at the Seneca Street Community Development Corp. (1218 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY)
