This is a Team Prep class for gymnasts looking to advance to our Xcel Bronze or Silver team. Focus will be on all 4 events of women’s gymnastics, Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor, with an emphasis on technique and proper form. Each practice will also allow specific time for conditioning and flexibility. This group will practice 2 days per week for 2 hours. While this may seem like a long practice it is necessary to effectively hit at least 3 events per day and include the needed strength training (conditioning) and stretching (flexibility) to train safely.
