Feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts or
struggling to stay present?
Whether you're navigating a busy time, trying something new, or
simply feeling emotionally overloaded, this workshop offers
practical tools to help you ground, reset, and reconnect with
yourself.
Join us for a therapeutic session where you’ll learn simple, effective techniques to calm your mind, balance your energy, and return to the present moment. Through breathwork, gentle movement, sound, and the grounding presence of a crystal/gemstone, we’ll explore ways to shift out of mental overwhelm and into inner peace.
Learn to get your head out of your story and your story out of your head. With so much going on in the world, and our every day lives, it is hard not to be sensitive and struggle with overload. This workshop will provide you with the much needed, and necessary tools, to reset your mind to a state of peace.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more centered, clear, and connected.
This workshop will provide prompts for exploring your stories, and a space to connect with your craft and eachother. There is no official fee for this workshop, however we do suggest a $10 donation (if possible) via cash or Venmo upon arrival for Cindy's time and efforts.
Join us for a 1.5-hour Generative Writing Workshop designed to spark creativity, explore craft, and support your writing practice.
Each session, we’ll review an element of craft, read a select poem or short creative work—fiction and nonfiction alike—and use these as springboards for our own writing.
Optional prompts and exercises will help discover fresh ways to enter your writing. Or feel free to use this time to continue an existing project. Time for optional workshopping is reserved for the final half hour of the session.
Open to all experience levels – whether you’re
a curious beginner, a journal keeper, or a seasoned writer seeking
fresh inspiration.
Generative focus, optional peer
review– leave each session with new writing sparked by our
guided prompts. Limited feedback optional.
Creative, supportive, relaxed, and exploratory –
an inviting space to connect with fellow writers and nurture your
voice.
Workshop Goals:

Celebrate the month of Love through heart opening restorative yoga poses. Ease your neck and shoulders, balance your Anahata (Heart) Chakra. Experience the Loving Vibration of the Tibetan Metal Singing bowls as Katie places them on and around your body while Antonette guides you into and out of each pose. Wear comfortable flexible clothing and bring an optional eye-pillow. Share the experience with a loved one and get a discount!
Come experience the pure harmonic tone of the crystal singing bowls with musician Peter Olsen as he plays harmonic and melodic arrangements of eight different tones. The sound of the bowls creates an immersive sound bath, the effect of which is like a 'vibrational massage' or an 'inner tuning' that helps to restore balance on both a physiological and energetic level. The benefits can be numerous as the tones harmonize with the cellular structures of the body. Furthermore, the sound of pure tone produces sine waves, which are present in the brain during an alpha state, inducing a deep state of relaxation, insightful presence, and elevated mood.
Peter has been playing the crystal singing bowls since 2010 when he partnered with the great Sandee Conroy, ‘The Singing Bowl Lady’, who has since moved to Austin, TX. He has played the bowls solo, duo and as part of Yin/Restorative Yoga sessions. This will be a solo performance geared towards a meditative experience for the participants. These sessions are uninterrupted and can be intense.
The meditations are one hour long with a few minutes of silent meditation at the end. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or cushions to make yourself comfortable as you lie or sit in meditation. The studio has these available for you as well should you need them.
This group's purpose is to gather as a heart-centered support collective for those moving through the changes of Ascension- both personal and planetary. This is a safe and supportive space where you can share, explore, and remember that you are not alone in this journey.
Many of us are are experiencing profound inner and outer shifts that can be confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to explain. Together, we explore these transformations and support one another in understanding physical changes and symptoms, processing waves of emotions, navigating mental and spiritual challenges, remembering and activating deeper soul gifts, and creating practices that help us stay grounded.
Some of the common experiences of Ascension that we may discuss in our gatherings are: body sensations such as tingling, pressure, or fatigue; digestive or sleep disorders, emotional intensity, heightened sensitivity to people, places, or energy; feelings of “not fitting in”, stronger intuition, a longing for deeper meaning, and/or questions around sovereignty and unity consciousness.
Practices we will do together will be meditation, grounding, open dialogue and sharing ideas, short group and individual exercises, exploration of soul tools, and collective affirmations.
This group is free and all are welcome!
