In this 2-hour Spirit Mediumship Gallery, self-taught International Spirit Medium and Medical Intuitive, Rich Braconi, will connect with family, loved ones and friends who have passed from your life.

People who have passed from our life often ascend to a higher existence where love and the truth is their greatest influence. In this spirit form, they only share the truth about themselves and their life here on earth. During the gallery, spirits will share details about themselves, their death, meaningful people to them, past moments within their life, and often true insight of future events.

Rich's unique abilities also allow him to relay deep spiritual messages. Messages of personal guidance and love that are often very meaningful to your life. The spiritual messages that Rich shares are often filled with universal wisdom and contain a profound insight that everyone who is present will find spiritually inspiring and beneficial to their own life. Rich will attempt to read as many attendees as possible, but there is not a guarantee that everyone will receive a personal reading.

Come experience the pure harmonic tone of the crystal singing bowls with musician Peter Olsen as he plays harmonic and melodic arrangements of eight different tones. The sound of the bowls creates an immersive sound bath, the effect of which is like a 'vibrational massage' or an 'inner tuning' that helps to restore balance on both a physiological and energetic level. The benefits can be numerous as the tones harmonize with the cellular structures of the body. Furthermore, the sound of pure tone produces sine waves, which are present in the brain during an alpha state, inducing a deep state of relaxation, insightful presence, and elevated mood.

Peter has been playing the crystal singing bowls since 2010 when he partnered with the great Sandee Conroy, ‘The Singing Bowl Lady’, who has since moved to Austin, TX. He has played the bowls solo, duo and as part of Yin/Restorative Yoga sessions. This will be a solo performance geared towards a meditative experience for the participants. These sessions are uninterrupted and can be intense.

The meditations are one hour long with a few minutes of silent meditation at the end. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or cushions to make yourself comfortable as you lie or sit in meditation. The studio has these available for you as well should you need them.

Join Amrita for a New Moon Water Ceremony, Reiki, Intention Setting, Immersive Sound Bath, and Guided Meditation.

A New Moon signifies time for introspecting, reflecting, intention setting, manifesting new goals, and new beginnings. It is a great timto kick off a beneficial transformation process that grants a fresh start.

We will start the evening with the water ceremony (also known as moon water ceremony). While listening to sound immersion, we will introspect, set intentions for the new lunar cycle, and plant seeds for what you want to achieve, which will be charged with Reiki. This will be followed by an immersive sound bath that will transform you to a different dimension, helping you release tension and anxiety and guided meditation that will help you think about the things in life that you want to explore, that you want to do, and next steps for the new beginning. The combination of reiki, sound healing, meditations, and moon water ceremony will allow us to pause, introspect for deeper awareness, and set goals for a more intentional future.

What to bring (or borrow from the studio): Yoga Mat, Blanket/Pillow, Water, Crystals (if you want to charge them)

This 75-minute specialty yoga class, is presented by Ana Giametta, who has training and experience in working with individuals during their years of pro-aging. Using gentle yoga techniques, we will strengthen and lengthen our muscles which will improve balance and promote bone density/health.

The workshop will include props and a chair to use as needed, and will end with resting your legs up on the seat of a chair for a relaxing meditation. No prior experience is necessary.

If you have a yoga mat please bring one, otherwise we have a few mats to borrow.
