🎻 Embers to Earth:
Live Cello + Yoga Experience 🌿
Saturday, March 14th
9:30–10:30 AM
📍 Farmington Grange
💛 $20
Join us for a deeply nourishing morning of movement and live music as yoga instructor Jenn Stone collaborates with Maine-based cellist Cherry Poirier for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Cherry creates live musical journeys rooted in emotional storytelling and elemental flow. Her curated cello setlist will rise and expand with us — blending classical, contemporary, and cinematic tones — then gently guide us back down into grounded stillness.
Jenn will lead a thoughtful, accessible yoga flow designed to move like embers: warming, opening, and transforming… before settling into something steady, intentional, and rooted.
Together, this practice invites you to:
✨ Release what no longer serves
✨ Move through warmth and expansion
✨ Land in grounded presence
✨ Begin the season feeling nourished and
clear
This class is open to all levels. Come as you are. Bring a mat, water, and anything that helps you feel supported.
Spots are limited to keep the space intimate. Reserve yours early.
We can’t wait to share this beautiful morning with you

Join us for an
evening of sound, stillness, and deep restoration.
As dark settles, you are invited into a calming Sound Journey designed to support rest, reflection, and renewal. This one-hour experience offers a sacred pause from the busyness of daily life—an opportunity to soften, listen inward, and simply be.
We will begin with gentle movement and mindful breathing to prepare the body for stillness, helping release tension and create space for ease. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative savasana, where you can fully surrender and receive. Healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and subtle nature sounds will wash over you, supporting deep relaxation and nervous system balance.
The space will be softly illuminated by candlelight, creating a sense of warmth and safety as you settle in.
