Open Your Heart to Spring: Yoga & Chakra Workshop

Spring is a season of renewal — when nature awakens, the days grow longer, and everything begins to bloom again. It’s a beautiful time to reconnect with your intentions, open your heart, and welcome fresh energy into your life.

Join us for a special workshop designed to help you transition into spring with mindfulness, movement, and relaxation.

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to the seven chakras, the energy centers of the body, and explore the Heart Chakra (Anahata) — the center associated with compassion, balance, and connection. Through gentle guidance and discussion, you’ll learn how yoga and breathwork can help support heart-centered awareness and emotional well-being.

The experience will also include a 75-minute Hatha yoga practice designed to gently open the body and support heart-centered movement. We’ll close with a deeply relaxing restorative Savasana with meditation, accompanied by a curated playlist and a subtle essential oil blend to enhance relaxation.

This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and welcome the new season with intention.
