Calling all my beginner pole babes! This 4 week series is for you. I know I know you are super nervous and shy but we will help you with that.
New to pole? Still get use to this new apparatus? No worries...we got you covered! In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique for this new adventure called pole! Proper hand grips, safety, various beginner spins, preparation to get a basic climb, and even beginner tricks/moves.
Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional. Face towel and water if needed.
Dates: 5/3, 5/10, 5/17 and 5/24 Sundays
Meet once a week for 60 mintues each session. Only one makeup
session is allowed if multiple ladies decide to skip a particular
day and the entire group agrees (ie holiday, emergency)
Bring a friend or come alone! We gotcha either way :)

This 4-week beginner-friendly series is designed to teach you the fundamentals of heels technique, so you can move with control, intention, and confidence both on and off the pole.
In this progressive series, you’ll focus on:
1. Proper heel placement and
walking technique
2. Balance, stability, and body control
3. Clean, intentional transitions
4. Posture, lines, and overall movement quality
Rather than rushing into choreography, this series breaks down the details that make movement look polished, effortless, and undeniably sexy.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to strengthen their foundation, The Art of Heels will help you build the technique needed to support your growth in heels and beyond.
Heels are highly encouraged — come ready to learn, refine, and elevate your movement.
Have you completed Level 1 and/or 1.5 series successfully? Ready to take things upside down? Level 2 series is for you! In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, 1-2 spins per week, transitions, learn to invert, keep perfecting that climb, getting more in touch with the pole.
You will also work on your overall pole flow, gaining strength and increasing your confidence.
Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional.
Dates: 5/31, 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28 and (skip 7/5 holiday wkend)
7/12 - Sundays (6 weeks)
