themselves.

● Pause the doing and just be held
No expectations. No “bounce back.” Only rest, support, and
beauty.
Spaces are intentionally limited to create a cozy, intimate
experience.
Reserve your spot and step into spring with softness, care, and
restoration.
Grab your crew and kick off your Friday night with Pilates Social: a fun, feel-good workout that feels more like a night out than a class.
Think loud music, low lights, glow sticks, high energy and a room full of people moving, laughing, and vibing together. You’ll build strength, sculpt, and sweat, but mostly you’ll leave feeling electric, confident, and connected. It’s fitness meets fun meets social and yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
Each event will feature a new class.
Each event features a FBFM gift.
Our Youth Wellness Camps give children a fun, active, and enriching experience that supports both physical and mental wellbeing. Through a variety of games, physical literacy activities, and age-appropriate fitness—including strength exercises, yoga, and introductory self-defense—campers build coordination, confidence, and a positive connection with movement.
Along with staying active, children learn about healthy habits, mindfulness, teamwork, and building resilience in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Campers also explore creativity through arts and crafts, enjoy outdoor play and exploration—including time at our secure waterfront location—and participate in special activities throughout the week.
Open to children ages 5–11, our camps are designed to help kids move, create, learn, and build friendships while developing healthy habits that support lifelong wellness.
