Buti Yoga is a high-intensity practice that
blends power yoga with tribal dance, plyometrics , cardio bursts,
and deep abdominal conditioning. Created by Bizzie Gold, it uses
the “Spiral Structure Technique” to tone the deep core,
rather than linear, traditional yoga movements. Also incorporated
is the “Static Shake” method, used to shake up, release, and sculpt
the body while, often described as a “soul-deep reset,” helping to
break through physical and emotional barriers.
-We'll begin with a quick introduction into how this dynamic
movement system works on the nervous system, fascia system and much
more.
- Then enjoy a roughly 1 hour practice and stay afterwards for some
more social time with light drinks and snacks.
