Join Ma Lochana for a Chakra Balance flow experience.
The chakras are energetic centers in your body that have a direct connection with our physical, mental and emotional health. During this Master Class we will follow a yoga sequence to help us regain a balance in the energy centers.
The expereince will include practice of Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Mudras (hand gestures), Bija Mantras (seed sound repetitions), Meditation (visualizations).
Leave feeling refreshed and energized, with a sense of calm and peace, as well as energetically balanced.
Join Colin for a high-flying, fun afternoon of going upside down!
This workshop will focus on:
-Foundational understanding of fingers to toes and handstand body
mechanics
-The felt relationship between strength, mobility, and breath
-Techniques to safely fall out of a handstand
-Progressions to enter and exit your handstands
-Mobility and strength drills
-Tools to develop confidence to practice handstand drills in
class
No current handstand abilities are required to attend this class,
but some arm balancing experience is recommended.
