Every 8 weeks, we invite a select group of young athletes to take part in our Youth Level-Up Testing Day.
This event isn’t just about skill — it’s about demonstrating the qualities that define true martial artists: discipline, perseverance, focus, and a strong work ethic.
During testing, students face a series of physical challenges and technical combinations designed to reflect their progress. While each level includes different requirements, all tests share the same foundation:
• Strength and
conditioning that demand effort and resilience
• Technical striking and
combinations that show precision, control, and focus
• Dynamic movement and
kicking drills that require balance, coordination, and
confidence
• Endurance
efforts that push students to keep going even when it gets
tough
• Core stability and
bodyweight exercises that highlight consistency and
self-discipline
Although the specific drills vary by level, the goal is always the same: to give students the chance to prove their growth, challenge their limits, and step forward with pride.
Students chosen for testing
have shown commitment in their training and readiness to rise to
the next challenge.
This day is about more than passing — it’s about showing the heart
behind the hard work.

everyone.
Our event combines simple, accessible movements with short running
segments in a supportive, high-energy atmosphere. Whether you're
new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, the format is easy to follow,
and you can go at your own pace.
