Nurture + Renew: A Spring Chakra Experience
Friday, April 17 • 6–8 PM
A nurturing 2-hour evening designed to gently “clean house” within the energetic body — releasing winter heaviness, clearing emotional residue, and awakening inner clarity
We’ll begin with slow, intuitive movement to open the body and prepare the subtle channels. Mindful breathwork follows, sweeping away stagnation and inviting balance. Bija seed-sound mantras will be woven throughout to support clearing through the chakra system.
Throughout the evening, you’ll experience gentle intervals of light sound healing to soothe the nervous system and support energetic release.
You’ll then be guided into a deeply therapeutic cleansing meditation, followed by an extended savasana for recalibration and grounding. During rest, each participant is welcome to receive a brief, optional tuning-fork touchpoint — a light vibrational technique to help integrate and harmonize the energy body.
Nurturing hands-on assists will support you throughout the practice, offering grounding, comfort, and spaciousness where needed.
We’ll close with warm tea and a shared circle, offering space to reflect, connect, and honor what you’re releasing — and what you’re welcoming in.
This experience is designed to feel nourishing, accessible, and deeply human — a spring reset for the entire mind-body system.

This workshop is intentionally designed for:
• Those brand new to yoga
• Students curious about Mind-Body 26
• Anyone with a consistent practice who wants to refine alignment and deepen understanding
We will break down key postures and breathing techniques from the Mind-Body 26 series with thoughtful attention to alignment, technique, and purpose — so you truly understand how each shape works in your body.
You will learn:
• Foundational breathing (pranayama) techniques
• Proper alignment and common misalignments
• How to identify what may be restricting your movement
• How and when to use props effectively
• Joint protection and injury prevention principles
• Safe progressions for deeper expression
• What to expect when you walk into a Mind-Body 26 class
We’ll explore a variety of postures, including:
• Standing work (Half Moon, Warrior II)
• Balancing poses (Standing Head to Knee, Warrior III, Standing Bow)
• Prone backbends (Cobra)
• Foundational transitions (Down Dog)
• Breath and core integration
Rather than simply moving through the sequence, you’ll begin to practice with intention, awareness, and confidence.
