About Vitality & Stress Course
This Level 2 Kundalini Yoga training gives you the tools to recognize, regulate, and transform stress—so you can feel clear, grounded, and powerful no matter what life throws at you.

Program Structure
Program is divided in 2 Sessions. 6 days. Total 62 hours training.
Session 1: November 6, 7, and 8
This session will be available in person at Fresh Prana Yoga Miami
with Sat Siri teaching remotely on Zoom, with Chloe and Fresh Prana
Team providing all technical and academic support. 100% online
option is available. Vegetarian light lunch is provided.
Session 2: October 24, 25, and 26
This session will be available in person at Fresh Prana Yoga Miami
with Chloe teaching in person and with Sat Siri supporting remotely
on Zoom, also Fresh Prana Team providing all technical and academic
support. Vegetarian light lunch is provided.
Course Timing:
All Fridays: 9am - 6pm EST
All Saturdays: 9am - 6pm EST
All Sundays: 10:00am - 6:30pm EST
The course is a 62-hour program, of which fifty hours are classroom time and twelve hours are part of home study assignments and activities to be completed after the classroom segment. Participants are required to attend all classes, pass the exam and complete the home study requirements which span the 90-day period after the course.
