small-group PT programme helps you build confidence, improve
technique and create a routine you can stick to.
Across the 6 weeks, you’ll train in a consistent group of just 6 people with the same coach each session. The programme follows a clear, supportive progression designed to help you feel capable, motivated and stronger week by week.
This edition is ideal if you:

Across the 6 weeks, you’ll follow a progressive training plan in a consistent group of just 6 clients, coached by the same instructor each session. Each week builds on the last, helping you feel stronger, more confident and more in control of your training.
