Most people think core strength is only about having six-pack
abs or a flat tummy. In fact, your core is more than just your
belly and abdominal muscles. It also includes your back, pelvis and
hips. These muscles work together to support your skull and
spine.
Strengthening these muscles can improve your posture,
breathing, balance, lower the risk of injury and reduce back
pain.
Fion will guide you through a series of core strengthening
poses to build a strong foundation and stability. We’ll also
explore and play around with a couple of arm balancing poses to
challenge your inner power
