Strengthening these muscles can improve your posture, breathing, balance, lower the risk of injury and reduce back pain.
 
Fion will guide you through a series of core strengthening poses to build a strong foundation and stability. We’ll also explore and play around with a couple of arm balancing poses to challenge your inner power
