Movement habits to help boost energy, vitality and strength. Linking with specific matching/counteracting actions for increasing/rebalancing/reducing our hormones.
Includes a 15 minute strengthening movement routine and a 15 minute sequence using resistance bands.
The session will finish with a 30 minute Wellbeing Walk.
