Join Stephaine for the first hour of our Core Lab, designed to teach you how to effectively engage your core muscles for optimal strength, balance, and injury prevention. This dynamic workout focuses on proper core activation techniques, targeting the deep abdominal muscles, obliques, lower back, and pelvic floor. Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movements, you’ll build a powerful core and while improving posture and overall athletic performance. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class offers hands-on guidance, modifications, and progressions to ensure a challenging yet accessible workout. Rounding out the end of the lab with a talk from Megan a pelvic floor specialist come to talk about pelvic floor wellness. This empowering talk offers practical tips, expert insights, and simple strategies to support lifelong pelvic health. Learn the basics of pelvic floor function and gain a broader understanding of how to care for your body from the inside out. Get ready to feel stronger, move better, and power up your core!
