This 4-part stick mobility series is designed to help you move better, feel stronger through your full range of motion, and reconnect to how your body works.
Using a stick as feedback and light resistance, each session focuses on a specific region of the body while building toward better full-body integration. This is not just stretching. The emphasis is on developing control, strength, and awareness in positions you use in training and daily life.
Each class stands on its own, but together they create a progressive, full-body experience.
