Mindful Myofascial Releasing + Supported Savasana
Session 1 is all about deep self-care! Jen M will guide you through a mindful self-myofascial release session. After targeting tension and finding release, drift toward relaxation with a 30-minute supported savasana (think: extra Funky crew assists, soft sounds, and more because extra care is so worth it).
Session 2:
Friday, May 8th, 6:00-8:30 PM, Forest Hills Studio
Nervous System Reset: Yoga Philosophy & Movement
Join Larissa for specific yoga based modalities (think gentle movements, postures, breathwork, and sound healing), plus simple strategies you can use in your everyday life to help regulate your nervous system. This immersion will end in a guided meditation and soundbath meant to settle your nervous system immediately, but also train your subtle bodies how to find more rest and regulation as the baseline.
