The Bohemian Blade training program by Shauna focuses on enhancing sword dancing skills with a unique approach. It includes history, warm-ups, conditioning, philosophy, movement vocabulary, performance tips, and care instructions. Participants leave feeling empowered, connected to their blade, and embodying their inner warrior.
An approved dance scimitar is required for this series, but no previous dance experience is necessary.
